Members of the Advisory Council of Adams Telephone Co-Operative participated in a hands-on training of the many features of SmartHub at their March 24, 2014, meeting. SmartHub is Adams’ new mobile app and website that allows customers to make payments, report service issues, and manage their Adams account with a computer or mobile device.
Jeffery Hull, Billing Manager, explained the many new features of SmartHub to the Advisory Council. Gale Griffin, Customer Care Supervisor and Bridgette Northern, Marketing Coordinator, assisted the Council members in accessing their own accounts on laptops, iPads, and smart phones during the training.
“SmartHub is an exciting new addition that allows our customers to have a better experience in managing their services,” said Jim Broemmer, Chief Executive Officer. “And the SmartHub app for tablets and smart phones is a relevant way for customers to connect with Adams.”
