Q. How does Adams eStatement work?

A. By enrolling in Adams eStatement, you will be creating an online account for yourself that will require a unique user name and password. Once you enroll and choose to receive your Adams One Bill via the Internet, you will no longer receive your bill through the mail. Instead, you receive email notifications that your bill has arrived. Thereafter, you will begin to have access to your Adams One Bill account 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

 

Q. What are the benefits of Adams eStatement?

A. Adams eStatement provides an online solution to review, analyze, and evaluate your billing information. With Adams eStatement, you can access detailed information about your account, “search” for numbers you do not recognize, sort call detail by time of day, type of call, number called, etc. Adams eStatement allows you access to your Adams account for up to 24 months. You can preview your current monthly bill, with up to 24 months of additional stored billing history…all of these are benefits you’ll enjoy with eStatement review that are not available with printed statements.

 

Q. How secure and private is Adams eStatement?

A. Your account information is protected through a secure log-on process. The only way that you will be allowed to access your billing account information is by providing your user name and password that you have personally setup with Adams. To view our privacy policy on eStatement, click here.

 

Q. How will I be notified when my bill is available for viewing?

A. You will receive an email notification that a new bill is available for viewing and payment.

 

Q. What are the payment options for eStatement?

A. You may pay either with credit card or an ACH payment through your bank. Our customer service representatives will help you determine the payment method right for you. Convenience of online bill review and convenient payment options…more ways Adams is working to serve you better.

 

Q. How do I sign up?

A. First you need to have access to the Internet and a valid email address. Then visit the eStatments site and click to sign up for online account access. You may access Adams eStatement from a link on the Adams home page. Enter your username and password and click on the sign in button.
