Bills are mailed or sent electronically on or before the 5th of the month and are due back on or before the 26th of each month. If the 26th falls on a weekend or holiday, your payment will be due on the next business day.

To pay online you will need to register for SmartHub, Adams’ account management system. To register you will need:
- Your Adams account number
- The last name OR business name as it appears on your Adams bill
- Valid email address

Automatic Payment Options
Electronic Bill: Call us at 877-696-4611 to sign for our free eBill service where you will be able to log into SmartHub here to view and pay your bills online.
Lobby: Pay in person at our Golden or Quincy office, Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm
After-Hours Night Deposit Box: You can make payments after-hours in the night deposit box at our Golden and Quincy office. Please be sure to provide your Adams account number with your bill stub and daytime phone number. Payments left in the might deposit box will be posted the next business day. Adams is not responsible for cash left in night deposit boxes.
