Mail Server Maintenance – Wednesday, February 11, 2015
Wednesday evening starting at 7 PM CST we will be performing updates on the ‘adams.net’ mail systems.
During this maintenance users will experience intermittent access to email with mail client programs as well as Adams Webmail. Users will also be unable to log into the EdgeWave system to check spam quarantine.
Incoming email will be held until the completion of the maintenance.
Maintenance is expected to be complete by 9 PM CST.

AOL.com Email – Friday, December 27, 2013
There are ongoing issues with deliveries to aol.com email addresses. This appears to have started 24 hours ago and to be an issue affecting multiple providers. A trouble ticket was opened with AOL yesterday but there has been no update.
Users may receive returned messages with a “421 Service unavailable – try again later” error message. Others may receive an error message “421_4.2.1_:__(DYN:T1)__https://postmaster.info.aol.com/errors/421dynt1.html” which indicates that AOL is having issues with inbound deliveries. We show that some messages are being delayed by 12 – 14 hours.
This issue appears to have been resolved by AOL as of 12/29/13.
