Call Waiting
Alerts you with a beep during a telephone conversation that another call is waiting to be answered. With this, your callers will hear ringing instead of busy signals providing many of the advantages of an additional line but at a fraction of the cost.

Speed Dialing:

• Speed Dialing 8
  Call selected telephone numbers quickly by dialing an assigned code allowing you to program up to 8 telephone numbers.
  
• Speed Dialing 30 - NOT included in package pricing, add $3/mo. for Residential or $5/mo. for Business
  Program up to 30 telephone numbers to call quickly by dialing an assigned code.

Three Way Calling
Add a third party to an existing telephone conversation.

Call Forwarding
Send your calls from your home telephone number to another number reducing missed calls. Calls can follow you wherever you go which can even enhance your home security when you are away.

Call Forward Variable
Enter the telephone number you wish to forward your calls to. You must activate and de-activate from your home phone.

Call Forward Fixed
Your calls are forwarded to one pre-selected number. You must activate and de-activate from your home phone.

Remote Call Forward Variable
Same as Variable Call Forwarding with the exception you may activate and de-activate feature from any touch-tone phone.

Remote Call Forward Fixed
Same as Fixed Call Forwarding with the exception you may activate and de-activate feature from any touch-tone phone.

Class Features:

Automatic Callback
This service allows your phone to continuously redial a number that you tried to call whether it was answered, unanswered or busy. The system will monitor the calling and will attempt to connect the call for up to 30 minutes. When the line is free, you will be alerted with a special ring, and a call will automatically be made.

Automatic Recall
Have a call automatically returned to the last party who called or attempted to call you. Activation must occur before another incoming call or a call waiting indication is received by the member. If the redialed telephone line is busy, the feature will remain active for a 30 minute period. Should the called party's line become available during this period, the member will receive a distinctive ring with the call completion being attempted as soon as the member answers.

Distinctive Ringing
Program your telephone line to ring with a special ringing pattern whenever you are called by a select list of phone numbers. Your phone will ring with a normal ringing pattern for all other calling numbers. If you also have Call Waiting, you will hear a distinctive Call Waiting tone whenever someone on your list calls you while you are on the phone. Identify special and important calls by listening to the ringing pattern.

Selective Call Acceptance
Screen incoming calls by creating a list of phone numbers from which you are willing to accept calls. Calls from numbers not contained on your list are routed to an announcement that informs them that you are not receiving calls at that time.

Selective Call Forwarding
Works like regular Call Forwarding but also allows you to create a list of phone numbers that are to be forwarded when they call you. When the service is activate and a call arrives from a phone number that appears on your list, the call is forwarded allowing you to leave your home or office and still receive urgent calls.

Selective Call Rejection
Create a list of specific phone numbers from which you do not with to receive calls. Calls from phone numbers on your list are rejected and sent to an announcement that informs the call that you are not receiving calls at that time. All other calls will be treated normally.

  Forward incoming calls to a fixed telephone number of your choice. Calls will forward when your line is busy. This feature is not compatible with Voice Mail.
  
• Call Forward No Answer Fixed- $1.65/mo.
  Forward incoming calls to a fixed number of your choice. Calls will forward after a predetermined number of rings. This feature is not compatible with Voice Mail.
  
• Caller I.D. with Name - $4.95/mo.
  Name that caller! After just one ring, the caller's number AND NAME appear on your display unit. With this enhanced service, YOU KNOW WHO'S CALLING!
  
• Call Wait/Caller ID - $5.95/mo.
  View the name and number of a second caller before you click over, so you can take the call or return it later. This service works whether you're on the phone or on the Internet!
  
• Caller I.D. Blocking - No Charge
  Prevent your phone number from being made available to the party you are calling for the duration of one call. This is on a per call basis and is free of charge.
  
• Member Originated Trace - No charge
  Automatically initiate a trace of the last incoming obscene, threatening or harassing call. After receiving such a call, simply dial your code to have the calling party's phone number printed at the telephone company. This information will be released to representatives of a law enforcement agency upon receipt of appropriate authorization as outlined within the call trace procedures.
